With annual ticket sales of over 3.5 million, Ticketservice is one of the largest official ticketing companies in the Netherlands. Its most prominent event holders include the Ahoy arena, Mojo Concerts/Live Nation Nederland and some of the Netherlands’ biggest popular music clubs (Melkweg and Paradiso). Available 24 hours a day, the Ticketmaster.nl website offers consumers fast and secure access to ticket services for a wide range of music (concerts, popular music clubs and festivals), sports, cultural and family events.


Our services

Ticketservice is supported by a strong international team that focuses entirely on technological development and innovation, and on the deployment of new and social media in particular. The automated system with full access control by scanning provides every event holder optimum services through our online sales channel (www.ticketmaster.nl), a call centre and various sales outlets in the Netherlands. Ticketservice tailors its services to the needs of event holders. The list below is only indicative of the services we offer. House style

Ticket sales in your own house style through online co-branding to reflect the look & feel of your organisation, with space to accommodate your logo, media (incl. video clips) and event details.


Delivery options

Ticketmaster.nl offers your audience a variety of delivery options, 24/7 availability, freedom of choice and a user-friendly ordering system, with direct delivery by e-mail or hard copy tickets of a guaranteed standard of quality including authentication marks via Free Record Shops, some major tourist information offices in the Netherlands (VVV offices), AUB (Amsterdams UitBuro) and various Plato record stores. We also have a call centre that can be reached seven days a week at 0900-3001250 (€ 0.45/min).


Box office sales

We also provide additional support, such as on-site box office applications and a guest list module for complimentary tickets for your business relations.


Best Available Seats

Our technology ensures optimum occupation of the venue, avoiding unoccupied single seats. An interactive seating plan enables your customers to choose their own seats.


Upselling

We also offer packages and a wide range of upselling options, varying from single-transaction multiple-event purchasing and a variety of discount- , combination-  and teaser tickets to P tickets, T-shirts and music downloads.

 

Online tools
We provide highly useful tools for online marketing management, such as Web Marketing Reporting (WMR), a real-time web-based reporting tool.

 

Marketing
Our service range includes extensive online marketing support, including a weekly Ticket Alert service and a Dedicated Alert (a newsletter dedicated to a single specific event) sent to a growing number of subscribers (currently approx. 350,000). As it has become unthinkable to promote an event without using social media, we also offer support through promotional activities on Facebook (over 20,000 followers). Our campaigns potentially reach 1.5 million users.
Offline support is provided through the Ticketservice monthly calendar, of which 130,000 copies are distributed to 1000 first-class venues and advance sales outlets.

 

Customer Care
We offer your customers the best possible service. Examples of our commitment to satisfying consumer wishes are the ultra-refined FAQ categories for ticket buyers featured in the Customer Support section, and the first steps in the integration of Customer Care in social media.

 

Website
The Ticketservice website evolves continually. The site is becoming more dynamic through the integration of social media and attracts a steadily growing number of monthly visitors. Applications that we expect to contribute strongly to this development in the near future include the Facebook RSVP module (showing users whether or not their friends will be attending an event), the interactive seat map (showing users where their friends will be seated during an event) and forums on which reviews can posted. A great many more applications are in the pipeline.
