The Australian Boy & Bear has developed towards one of the best indie folk bands in the world. Not without obstacles: front man Dave Hosking got really sick in 2015 around the release of Limit Of Love. He had to change his diet and a lot of other habits to continue to be a traveling musician.

The band adds electronic and psychedelics elements, but keeps their sunny melodies and clean voice. On their record Suck On Light, released in 2020, the band operates on full quality again. The music form the album is produced with an optimistic and modern touch, which makes the songs sound timeless.
