Disney On Ice Tickets at Jaarbeurs

Our shows are designed to be enjoyed from every seat and they aren’t performed to a particular sideor angle. We have various ranks and you have the option to choose Golden Circle seats (right by the ice) and grandstand seats. All our rows are tiered, so each row is higher than the one immediately in front of it. The seating arrangement depends on a number of factors, including the distance/angle of a seat from the ice surface and supply/demand. These factors can vary per show, which means a different seating arrangement is required. Ticket prices can also vary due to special promotions. Tickets start at €20.95 for selected shows. Aisle Seat Tickets are located on the side of an aisle and offer greater comfort to the spectator. The first 2 seats next to the aisle will be priced higher than the rest of the seats in the section and must be purchased together, only one will not be allowed to be purchased. Adjacent seats may be added to your selection in the same purchase. In this case the system will warn you if you select tickets of a different type before continuing with your purchase.

Since tickets are a one-of-a-kind item and not replaceable, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date and refunds may be available, as necessary. Events that are cancelled without being rescheduled are eligible for a ticket refund. Insurance on tickets may also be available at the time of purchase, and we recommend that you contact your ticket seller to confirm insurance was added to your online ticket order so they may better assist.

As part of the magical experience, several Disney On Ice shows feature special effects, including a safe theatrical fog, strobe lights and dazzling special effects, as well as blinking and/or spinning lightsheld by audience members.

An accessible viewing platform is available for wheelchair bound visitors. These accessible tickets can only be booked by phone using this (Opens in new tab)form or by contacting Ticketmaster Fan Experience at 0900 - 3001255 (local rates apply). This phone line is open Monday through Friday, from 12:00 to 14:00. Each wheelchair ticket allows for the purchase of one companion ticket on the platform. Companion tickets are subject to availability and can only be booked at the time of Access ticket purchase. If you have already purchased regular tickets but require access to the viewing platform, you may submit a request via Ticketmaster Fan Experience. They will work with you to find a suitable solution. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate you on the day if the accessible tickets are sold out.

Due to limited capacity, we allow only one companion per wheelchair user on the viewing platform. The companion must also have a valid ticket, which can be purchased together with the wheelchair-accessible seat. If you’re attending the show with a larger group, additional guests (depending on availability) may be seated in the row directly behind the wheelchair platform, so you can enjoy the show together and remain nearby.
