Amsterdam resident Enrique Ebbink, also known as QUIQUE, is a rising talent. In recent years, he has set many stages on fire with his bilingual Latin pop and hip-hop. Over the past few years, he developed a unique sound and a melodic, bilingual flow in both Spanish and Dutch, aiming to lift his listeners out of everyday monotony and make them dance whenever possible, even when he addresses serious themes in his lyrics.

QUIQUE grew up in Amsterdam as the child of a Dutch father and a Colombian mother. In a family where dance and music were central, he was quickly given a guitar, attended music school as a child, and became a student at the Herman Brood Academy. Thanks to his family in Colombia, he became acquainted with Latin American music culture, including Latin pop and reggaeton. 'My family in the Netherlands and Colombia encouraged me to start writing in Spanish as well,' he says. 'And so I rediscovered my Colombian self.' It didn't stop there: in Amsterdam, he also delved into Dutch hip-hop. He organized parties with friends and occasionally took the microphone himself. During that period, he decided to fully commit to his music, and all the musical puzzle pieces quickly fell into place.
