De rapper, singer-songwriter en producer Russ is één van de meest populaire Amerikaanse rappers van dit moment. Hij speelt in uitverkochte arena's in de VS en ook internationaal zet hij steeds meer voet aan de grond. In de afgelopen tien jaar heeft Russ een uitgebreide muziekcatalogus opgebouwd die goed is voor meer dan 22 miljard streams en meer dan 25 miljoen verkochte singles. Vooral zijn hits What They Want en Losin Control leverden hem vele honderden miljoenen streams en views op. In totaal bracht Russ al zestien volledige albums uit waarvan hij zo goed als al de muziek zelf produceerde.

In 2019 bracht Russ zijn eerste boek uit met de titel IT’S ALL IN YOUR HEAD. Het boek was een grote hit en bestseller in Amerika. Onlangs kondigde hij zijn tweede boek aan: It was you all along, dat uitkomt op 4 juni. Dit vervolg op zijn eerste boek steeg na aankondiging direct naar nummer acht op pre-sale lijst van Amazon.

Zijn meest recente album, SANTIAGO, verscheen vorig jaar en kwam binnen om nummer 12 in de Billboard 200 albumschart. Onlangs verscheen zijn nieuwste EP That's My Girl & Tired.
