The Doors In Concert Tickets

The Doors in Concert take you back to the band's heyday, in the late '60s, with songs like Light my Fire, Love her Madly, L.A. Woman and Riders on the Storm. The singer has the looks and voice of Jim Morrison, the keyboardist bears a stunning resemblance to Ray Manzarek, the guitarist plays and sounds like Robby Krieger and the drummer can approach John Densmore to perfection.

Authenticity is the trademark of the musicians. Only original instruments are used to match the sound of The Doors' live concerts, such as the Vox Continental, Gibson G-101 and the Gibson SG. Of course, the keyboardist plays the bass parts with his left hand on a historically correct Fender Rhodes Piano Bass with silver or gold top, just like Ray Manzarek. In addition, the band uses old Fender amplifiers and original microphones.

"The sound of The Doors on stage was often more interesting and pure than that of the studio performances," the tribute band said. The band members are inspired by the various live CDs of the concerts Live at the Aquarius Theatre, Live in Pittsburgh, Live in New York, Live in Stockholm, Live at the Matrix and In Concert.
