Download our app on your Apple or Android device by visiting this page:
1. Sign into My Account
2. Tap 'My Events'
3. Select your event to view your seat locations, access, transfer or sell your tickets. -
It's easy, just follow these steps:
1. Sign into My Account
2. Select 'My Events', then tap the event you'd like to transfer tickets for
3. If available, select ‘Transfer’, select the ticket(s) you’d like to send and either select from contacts or manually enter the recipient’s details
4. We'll send an email to your recipient to accept their tickets
5. Sending multiple tickets? Simply enter the recipient's info, tap 'Confirm' and then 'Forward More' -
Your ticket has you covered. Once you view it in the Ticketmaster App, your ticket is automatically saved so it's always ready to be scanned, even in offline mode.

Not to worry, your tickets are all set. If the order is referencing a delivery delay that just means that the barcode and the option to sell or transfer your tickets may be available closer to the time of the event.
