It takes some time to deliver such a beautiful product to you. That is why sales stop one month before the show date, so that we have enough time to deliver a Collector card to you. You will receive your Collector card at least three working days before the event.

No, unfortunately not. Collector Cards are available for selected events.

This beautiful souvenir costs €8,50 and is sent to you for free.

No, it is not! There is no barcode printed on the Collector Card. It is really a souvenir that you can keep as a souvenir of the event. You'll receive your ticket separately via e-mail or in your Ticketmaster account.

Collector Cards will be sent to you by post no later than 3 working days before the event date. You can't choose when you want to receive this card, but we will make sure it gets to you before the show.
