Matt Andersen won een European Blues Award en werd genomineerd voor een JUNO; één van de meest prestigieuze Canadese muziekprijzen. Zijn nieuwste album, geproduceerd door de legendarische Commissioner Gordon ‘Honest Man’ wordt gezien als een van de beste bluesplaten van afgelopen jaar! En als er iemand een showman kan worden genoemd, is het Matt Andersen wel. Met zijn mix van soul, blending blues en folk, neemt hij zijn publiek mee op reis langs verschillende muziekstijlen, bedreven gitaarspel en verhalende teksten.
